On the Account tab, select My affiliate settings. You will see this:

Your will see the affiliate setting page as below:

IMPORTANT:

1. You must have you PayPal email address and

2. ClickBank Nickname filled up. 

This will ensure you receive your commission and credit. 

3. Remember to click the 'save' button.
